Layout form

When we are doing laouts it is great to keep track of the kits we use, who designed them and a url to where we got the kit.  Also the fonts and instructions.  I have designed a pdf form that you can add a picture of the sketch you used (if any), a picture of the layout and all of this other information.  You will need to have the latest version of Acrobat reader to use this pdf file..you can get it HERE AT ADOBE .  After you fill in the information you will need to either save as...or print to your printier or if you have the option...print to your PDF PRINTER.  (If you do not have the Acrobat Professional you will not be able to save the filled in information, you will have to print)
